"The Emmaus Monastery in Velp has a wonderful history. This can be seen in everything, the construction, the bookcases, the beams that adorn the ceiling. These elements must be preserved. That does not mean that they cannot be given a modern look. We looked at colour, light and material to ensure that the now dark and outdated space becomes an optimal place for peace and safety."
